makes me wan

t to go home.

to snuggle. maybe have a good back hug spoon.

even just in my dreams.

I told him we will be going back to Montreal tonight, so he can sleep in his own bed. You cannot work and take care of kids. After picking them up, it is a rush home, make dinner, bathe them, put them to bed - all the while stressed.

Being a parent can be very heartbreaking - especially when you can't spend the time with your kids - just watching them grow up and become strangers. Being apart from them makes me want to quit my job, but I am addicted to the pay and benefits.

I hope you get your hug.

(but you have to tell me what is a "spoon hug"?)

I guess it was a bit too heavy. The good news was that he was in a good mood when I picked him up that evening and we all had a good weekend in Montreal.
