i've been riding in a rollercoaster of emotions lately.

Hope and praying that you are okay now... I have been on the emotional side of things as well... but just remember what goes down will come up again... we just want to be in the milder middle of the ride...not the rough one... anyway, hope that whatever it is that bothering you, all will be ok, in due time.

My emotional cycle tends to be much slower and flatter than most people's.
I remember one fellow telling me that you cannot truly enjoy life without achieving dizzying heights and crashing lows.
Strange thing is that as I get older, I find my emotional state becoming more volatile - there is less of the sameness I remember as a youth (like when I was 30 ;-) -
