call center agent wannabe

oh, you are so cruel! whoever you are who divulged this otherwise classified information (well, not really).

and i'm just so evil to even share this with you.

click here and here to view these excerpts from an entrance examination essay/questionnaire of a call center applicant ("she" for brevity).

needless to say, i don't think she made the cut.

and whoever she is...peace, dawg.

and better luck next time.

Oh man! No wonder the call center industry is having manpower problems. Those applicants should ask for a refund from their English professors. Better yet, sue their pants off for passing them.

Hahahaha, you are so mean. How could you post that.

I think the "essay" was written by a man, all in CAPS. And she's an experienced internet addict, still is related to "call center" position.

Naku taga BICOL pa. Syet di ko yan kababayan.

actually, i agree with yuri, she's so nakakaawa naman. the fact that she tried her best (though it's not good enough), is something!

am sure that she will get into the trade. what is important is attitude, and i think she has a good one. i know a lot of people whose english needs improvement, but then they could communicate very well. bad english does not translate to miscommunication - not necessarily! so ride on with her whoever she is!

and yes, she is confidence enough!!!#:)

hehe :)

don't get me started on the calls I receive at work from people who call inquiring about our rental properties. Those that don't speak good english, I swear sometimes I just want to scream at them or just say that's the unit is already taken! Yeah...it's that bad! Other times, I pretend we have a bad connection, pause and hang up :P

so I'm equally cruel and evil! *grins*
