coffee, tea, or.....*gasp* me?

i'm not much of a coffee drinker, though i sure love the aroma of coffee beans!

now, whether coffee is actually good or bad for the health, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it as long as it is taken in moderation, wouldn't you agree?

i'm sure a lot of you out there just looooove coffee, whether you drink it to jump start your day, or just to get by, or practically have it as your constant companion, or have it as an excuse to (over)stay in a coffee shop...

so tell, oh, do tell! how do you like your coffee? what is your favorite coffee?

as for me, i can almost smell the coffee beans...hmmmm...but i'll just have that english tea, please.

i love the smell of coffee beans when it is being roasted and grinded. we have a coffee machine at work, and the nice aroma really wafts through the air when someone makes coffee, makes u want an espresso !!!

but my favorite is the filipino type - where coffee beans and rice are roasted together to give you a that richer milder flavor! just the way i love it!

i'm a certified caffeine addict, all my friends can attest to that! hehe love the smell of roasting beans, even the smell that comes off when grounding them, to the smell of brewing and fresh-brewed coffee. in defense of my much-loved coffee, there's a hundred therapeutical benefits, this strong-smelling potion can offer anyone... ;)

I agree with Mayang, coffee is addicting - 3 in 1? coffe-ing bigas? machiattos? kapeng barako? <-- I don't know why this name.

What makes good coffee? Start with good company. So lezgo!

ERLYN/EGODESS>night shift and coffee surely go together! and night shift sucks...been there, and i empathize...

TIN> i love chocolate drinks too! even chocolate powder (think milo) - love that, too - but that's another story, ehehe.

hello JASE-y! we also have a coffee machine here in the office, and i certainly can smell what you're smelling!

i didn't know that coffee and rice are roasted together!

this is turning to be a very informative discussion...

hi there K! coffee and good company seems to be really the perfect match. i hope you're not referring to smoking as good company. *evil eye*

I only have a mug in the morning -- Folgers decaf with extra creamy Coffeemate (which my bro sends over regularly in a balikbayan box from NY) and no sugar. Green tea after dinner.

Just blog hoppin' here and thought i'd say HI =)

My fave is from Starbucks - espresso-hot would be Caramel Macchiato and White Chocolate Mocha. For cold drinks, I love Strawberries & Creme Frappuccino.

I.C. Honeydew Green Tea and Iced Green Tea are my favorites from Panera Bread.

I was a regular tea drinker until my mid-20s, when I moved away from home and lost the habit.

I am not a big coffee drinker - only when I go out. Somehow it tastes better than tea (especially out of a styrofoam cup).

I do not use coffee to pick me up. Because it takes at least 4 cups for me to notice any difference.

I drink mine black and prefer Cuban coffee.

i used to make my hubs coffee, and its one teaspoon of coffee and a teaspoon of sugar. just bitter!

Just any coffee would do nicely for me, as long as it's strong.

Starbucks (no offense) is just a crappy over-commercialized over-priced stupidity. and the coffee is baaaaaaaaad... leaves a sour aftertaste in your mouth, the drink is not smooth and the shakes are full of ice instead of cream.

That's why I go for GLORIA JEANS... their fraps are really good and no sour aftertaste after. Medyo mahal but I get pure enjoyment for every sip. Unlike starbucks where you drink coffee for the heck of being seen. harhar

as for tea, i'd rather go for the light comforting ones like french-vanilla (twinnings) hahaha or the camomile tea...

nagadig-wa ko sa mga stronger teas... and I can't fathom why some put milk and sugar into their teas? daw chai ang sabor?

(on a side note, vina, kay loui claparols mo gid nabakal ang shirt sa pic mo ano? ilonggo man ina daan, mom niya from saravia)

hi tito RICHARD. boy, that cuban coffee sounds like a really strong one. coffee doesn't have much of an effect on me, too. i don't know why...

eeeey, JULSITOS...i haven't tasted Gloria Jeans yet, but i also don't like starbucks that much...in fact, i really don't like coffee that much. but when i do get to drink one, i go for coffee bean.

i actually like tea with milk - i feel very british, hehe.

yup, the blouse is really from louis. that's the last of his imelda blouse creations. i haven't seen him for quite a time, and i kind of miss him and his items already.

i like the taste of brewed mix of arabica and brazilian coffee... It's what we have in the office and I consume about 4- 6 cups daily.

I like the local coffee cultivated in our little farm too. I mixed it with corn beore grounding them. Very good for hangover when i was in the Phils. :)

For instant, I just go for the 3-in- ones with flavored creamer.

i loved the time when i actually had the time to grind the beans and brew the cup myself. hmmmm. my dad usually buys different bags of beans and we'd make our own concoctions. hehe. to top all the yumminess off, sprinkle some French Vanilla creamer. hhmmmm.
