chill

most of the time, we get so caught up in the grind and routine of our daily life that we forget to stop, and just enjoy every moment as it comes!
relax. everything happens for a reason - so just go with it!
from a Yahoo article by David Romanelli, here are very insightful and inspiring pointers that would guide us in just going with the flow of life's mystery:
1. Recognize that whether by master stroke or pure chance, there is great intelligence in the universe.
Fact: A single human cell measuring 1/1,000 of an inch across contains instructions within its DNA that would fill 1,000 books of 600 pages each (Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now)
2. Minimize resistance.
"Nothing on earth can overcome an absolutely non-resistant person." - Florence Shinn
3. Spend time in nature.
"Genius learns from nature." - Oscar Wilde
4. Be patient with your struggles and challenges.
"Infinite patience yields immediate results." - Wayne Dyer
5. Free the mind from daily routines.
"Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery. None but ourselves can free the mind." - Bob Marley
6. Smile...everything is evolving just as it should.
"Sometimes joy is the source of your smile but sometimes a smile is the source of your joy." - Thich Nhat Han
so chill, everyone!
as for me, i might later drink that bottle of beer i saw in the fridge at home.
CARPE DIEM and have a great weekend!

Haha. The first item is so geeky. Reminds me of what I was studying in college. :-)
Anyway, I sooo dig number 4, the being patient with your struggles part. It's very true, I must say. - At 4:33 PM, June 30, 2006, said...

It seems people (myself include) Are always looking to find balance in their lives, whether it is to slow down and enjoy life passing them by, or to break out of the mundane routine which has set in.

V for Views!
Life is very explanatory really whether we're alone or not, sad or happy - it's the way it is, a long way to live so enjoy the moment. The simple little pleasures of life are the ones that's keeping me alive.
Life is something like a trumpet. If you don't put anything in, you won't get anything out. - At 5:59 PM, July 02, 2006, tammiit said...
