daaaaaaamn you Cebu Pacific! i've been trying to call your reservations office since yesterday and couldn't get effing through!!!!! morning, afternoon, evening, couldn't get through!!!!
i hate you! i hate you! I HATE YOU!
Cebu Pacific, the New Filipino Time, you say???? a lot of wasted filipino time, that is!!!!
ooooooooh, if only i don't have 50% off (ahem...) from your fare, i wouldn't even bother!!!! aaaaahhhhhh!!!!

oh my, malas mo naman. so far, successful naman ang calls namin sa concierge office :P even if during the first few attempts we had to wait for something like 30 minutes. am glad i was able to book my flight for iloilo under the ten-peso promo. dunno if i'll still be successful with the next ones. you can get very cynical with these things. good luck!- ajay

hay naku aj, i finally got through around 7:45 pm. i must have made 10 calls the whole day, and each time, i waited for around 30 minutes. naawa na nga officemates ko sa akin. kahit noon pa, problema na talaga nila ang reservations nila.
hi tito sidney. i can, but availment of my discount (because of my sister who's a Cebu Pacific attendant), can only be processed through phone or outlet booking. online booking requires immediate credit card payment. -

I agree with Ajay, baka nga minalas ka lang this time. We're leaving kasi for Davao next week and I was able to reserve in a breeze considering I was after some promo na book early something...

Can't your sister book for you instead? What about calling them early in the morning like 5 am? Or late in the evening, say, 12 midnight. 24 hours ba booking office nila?

hi abaniko! siguro, mabait lang ako (ha!), but i don't bother my sister with that. it's an inconvenience for her; there's a considerable distance between the booking outlet and her office (she's an F.A.) kasi.
i actually just found out last week lang din that their call center is 24 hours, so yeah, maybe next time i'll try calling on unholy hours.
